"COLLEEN" is a colorful interpretation of the beautiful autumnal sceneries that stretch along our North American hills and fields. This one is inspired by my hikes along the north-eastern coasts of Canada and the US. I gave it the moniker of "Colleen" which sounds like the French word "collines" meaning hills, in order to put more emphasis on these picturesque hills that are adorned with what looks similar to crowns formed by the cluster of trees. The contrasts between the warm yellow-orange hues and cooler blue, green and purple tones make for a striking finish true to the beauty of this season in our neck of the woods.
